The artist has any right declining your commission with or no reason(ex failing to follow the TOS)

Any ill behavior will not be tolerated it will result in canceling the commission in question

Please when commissioning provide how you want to be contracted (Toyhou.se, Discord, Instagram or Email)

I will not tolerate any kind of rush from the commissioner

The commissioner may contact me any time for any question or to check on the progress of their commission

I have any right refusing for any reason your commission

I have any right posting your commission on my social media(ex. to promote myself)unless specified to keep the commission private

If the commissioner prefers to stay anonymous when I the artist posting their commission their username will not be mentioned on the description

if the commissioner doesn't want their artwork posted on any social media, I can post a watermarked version unless they are not agreeing with that

The artwork may take around 1-4 days the longest can be only one month. It always depends on many factors(ex. Health, family issues, work etc)

All commissions will be done digitally no physical form or shipping(unless paid more specifically for this ex.stickers, prints etc)

Wips(work in progress will be provided to the commissioner

If the commissioner is not happy with the finished artwork I be happy to do any minor changes

The commissioner has to fil a form in order to commission the artist

When the form is submitted I will contract the commissioner if I accept their commission

If anything like the above happens the commissioner will be contacted asap

Payment only via PayPal(invoices) or Ko-Fi

After the commissioner is satisfied with the sketch payment must be made

Payment must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation. If failing to do so, I will contract the commissioner

Completed commission(s) cannot be edited or changed by any means by another artist

The commissioner may do minor edits to the completed artwork

Only the commissioner may re-upload the completed artwork with proper credits of my social media(Instagram:psychotheweirdog/Th:Psycho-freakG/Deviant:Psych0-PupG/Twitter:MR_AkWeirdoPupG) for any personal use

Characters who don't belong to the commissioner are not allowed unless a proper permission is provided

The commissioner may not claim the finished artwork as their own work

Any commercial use is not allowed unless agreed otherwise

If the commissioner is not satisfied with any change on the sketch the artist will do a full refund of the money they were given

If a month passes and no work has been done or completed the commissioner can ask for a full refund at this time or wait for the artwork by their choice

If I'm unable to complete the artwork for any reason, I will provide a refund

Refunds are not allowed if the artwork is already done
